I am a retired business man, having worked as a manager for BellSouth for 30 years. I was lucky to have worked with computers all this time so my knowledge of computer systems and programs is extensive.

Having been a businessman for the past 40 years, I have leaned many things. One of the most important is that business and how we carryout business is not static. Things are constantly changing. Take for instance how we reach our customers. In the past we have used tools such as The Yellow Pages, print adds, radio and more recently e-mail. These are no longer useful tools and business has lost touch with their customers.
